Only a few spots remain for “Get Yoked - Designing a Top-Down Sweater” with Alissa Barton the Knitting Fairy, a 3-part class on Saturday mornings from 10-12, March 12, 26 & April 9.
Sweaters knit in the round with a yoke collar are all over the internet. We will explore how to make one starting from the neck & working down, giving you the opportunity to customize the fit as you work which is a tremendous advantage when you are designing your own.
🧶 $100 p/p for all 3 sessions.
🧶 Limited to 6 participants.
🧶 Register at www.jujuknitsfw.com/classes.
Alissa’s example (which we will go through step by step in class) features a lacy yoke worked in DK cotton with short sleeves … but if you do a little window-gazing on Ravelry you will find that yoke sweaters can be so much more! Colorwork, lace, cables, texture — nothing is out of question once you understand the basic structure.
